Recognise anyone from SundownersTK159? Photos above taken in Moscow 1977

Hi there, yes I recognize myself, standing in the front behind Gary (driver) and Lindsay (courier). I am wearing a pale blue jumper. Gee I look so young. My husband (still my husband) is standing next to me, pale blue shirt. I can also see him sitting in the bus in the previous photograph, looks like the same blue shirt - probably the only clean one he had left at that stage.
Hi Kathy, I only came across this site by accident a few days ago. It is fantastic and I have been wallowing in nostalgia ever since. And even better, to recognize myself and Trevor in the photograph taken in Moscow, the photograph that appeared in the Sundowners brochure.
You probably know that Gary died about 30 years ago. He married Judy Picot but I don't think they were married for very long before he got sick. I did keep in contact with Judy, as well as Judy and Barry from Sydney, for a while but that was years ago now. I also got a few letters and Christmas cards from Barb and Peter Helsby back in the late 70s and early 80s.
So imagine my surprise when I saw your post on this site. I do wonder where all those people are now too. They really were special times, we had such good fun.
Hi Sue, We did have such good fun and learnt a lot in the process. Are you aware that Sundowners has its own web site now? By Googling sundownersadventures you should be able to find it. Many comments, info and photos on that site, including some I've posted myself eg all of us in front of the Taj. There's to be a reunion on the Gold Coast in 2012 of ex crew and passengers. If I could find some more of those of us who were on TK159, I'd love to go and meet up. I'm living alone in Canberra now and would be reluctant to go unless others could make it too. Best wishes to both you and Trevor.
