| AUTHOR GEORGE ORWELL?S BIRTHPLACE IN INDIA TO BE RESTORED AS HERITAGE SITE: Legendary author George Orwell?s (The Animal Farm, Nineteen Eighty Four) birth place in India will soon be a heritage site and the house in which was born is being converted into a museum. Restoration and renovation work of the dilapidated house, of the writer, in the small town of Motihari of Bihar is set to begin shortly. He was born on June 25, 1903 in India and died in London Jan 21, 1950. |
